Shipping Policy
How our shipping works
Every Good Paw Club item is printed on demand, just for you. That means there are two stages to getting your order to your door: production and shipping.
Production time: Because each item is made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for us to print and prepare your order before it ships.
Shipping time: Once your order ships, delivery typically takes [3–7] business days within the United States.
In total, most orders arrive within [7–12] business days from the time you order. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Order confirmation and tracking
After you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your item has been printed and handed to the carrier, we'll send a second email with your tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States. If your country isn't available at checkout, we're not able to ship there just yet.
Delays
Once your order leaves our production facility, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. While delays are rare, they can happen during peak seasons or due to circumstances outside our control. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than [7] business days, contact us at office@thegoodpawclub.com and we'll help track it down.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days at office@thegoodpawclub.com with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
