Returns
We want you to love what you wear. Because every item is printed on demand just for you, we handle returns a little differently than a traditional store.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to reach out about a return. To start, contact us at office@thegoodpawclub.com with your order number and, where relevant, a photo of the item.
Since our products are made to order specifically for each customer, we're generally unable to accept returns simply for change of mind. However, we never want you stuck with something that isn't right — please see the sections below, and if you're unsure, just get in touch. We'll always do our best to make it right.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, misprinted, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days at office@thegoodpawclub.com with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no need to send the item back.
Sizing issues
We know ordering online means you can't try before you buy. If your item doesn't fit, contact us within 30 days. Please check our size guide before ordering to help get it right the first time — and if it's still off, reach out and we'll help you sort out an exchange for the correct size.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
For sizing or a different product, the fastest route is to contact us — we'll walk you through the best option for your situation.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we've received and reviewed your request (and, where relevant, your photo), we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, contact us at office@thegoodpawclub.com.
